Sometime in 1997, encouraged by the popularity of Italian cuisine in the Philippines, Italian entrepreneur and food connoisseur Antonio Reina developed a concept to open a series of cozy and intimate, yet fun and trendy Italian restaurants on the islands. Carrying an interior theme ranging from Italian dailies to hip furnishing, the first Bravo! welcomed its guests in December, 1998 in Festival Mall, Alabang, with Chef Tiziano Cavallini recreating age old Italian culinary compositions to the delight of residents in and around Muntinlupa.

Buoyed by the success of the initial outlet, Bravo! opened its second branch in November, 1999 in J. Nakpil cor Adriatico, in the center of the bustling nightlife of Malate.

Now, Bravo! Ristorante Italiano also serves the offices and residences around Salcedo Village with its newest branch in Classica Tower, 114 HV dela Costa St., Makati.

Bravo! also offers catering services that come with a chef to ensure the highest quality of food served, fresh and hot!

For those who wish to enjoy authentic Italian flavor at home, bottled sauces, dips, spreads, salad dressings and bread items, all carrying the quality flavor of Bravo! are available in the Bravo! kiosk located at 3/L of Megamall Bldg B and at the Mall of Asia at the 2/L South Side, Entertainment Center and in supermarkets around Metro Manila, Pampanga, Cavite and Cebu. Healthy, flavorful, convenient, flexible and impressive, Bravo dips and sauces are ideal for entertaining and everyday meals.

At present, Bravo! has entered into industrial and institutional food markets by developing food items ideal for convenience stores, canteens and cafeterias.
